Refund Policy


Damaged in Transit Items

All our delivery items are packed carefully by hand, if your order is accidently damaged whilst being delivered to you, or you are unhappy with the item please contact us immediately at Chelmsford Takeaway on 01245 352 020 or email us at orders@chelmsfordtakeaway.com

Please explain the situation and the reason for requesting a return of the order. If it is agreed there is an issue we will then either replace the damaged or problem item or offer a refund or a credit note against next order. This will be at our discretion and subject to availability.


We reserve the right to ask you to either return the damaged/unwanted items (our driver will collect) immediately or provide additional evidence of the damage such as a photograph, before a refund or replacement is sent out.
